Livia was great. She did a great job on my pedicure. She even touched up nails. Due to a horrible experience at another shop. They were very friendly and welcoming. I will be going back again soon.

It was freezing in here. The older man that did my nails constantly was cutting my cuticles when he was using the tool. During the period, my chair didn’t work and I felt like it was broken on the pedestal.

I went here with my daughter today for pedicures, a child’s mani and dip powder with extensions. My appointment was set for 0940. There was only one person in the entire salon that did acrylics/dip powder and he didn’t show up until after 1130. The woman that did my daughters nails, did them two different colors when she only asked for one. I did not receive the callus treatment that I paid for. We also didn’t receive the 5% discount you’re supposed to get as a first time customer. My dip powder isn’t the worst, but he definitely rushed it. I have to reshape some of my nails because they aren’t even at all and this is after I had him fix it. I do not recommend this place unless you have an entire day to wait around and overpay for mediocre work.

A quick Refresher. Been coming here a couple years now. Always friendly, very clean and plenty of services to choose from. I had a Nail Salon for almost 20 years (80’s & 90’s) so I’m very detail-oriented and picky. Tyler kindly accommodates me and always does a great job on my nails. I’ve recently been a little spoiled by treating myself to the gel nails. I highly recommend Petal Fresh. 🤗
