Crystal healing massage is the BEST with Lorna Jacques. By sharing about what my mind/body needed we were able to focus on not only clearing blockages in my energy but I also had an amazing massage. The mental and physical stress is gone. Lorna will explain what crystals she chooses and what their healing properties are. I have had amazing & positive results every time I book with her! I had moved and the water at my new place made my hair uncontrollably stiff and unmanageable. My previous place could not help at all. Even the owner could not help. I happened to drive my Personal Best stopped in and met Maureen. She knew exactly what to do, gave me new products and set up a plan to fix my hair. I feel like my hair is back!! Maureen is personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this salon and Maureen!
