I have NEVER had a better, happier, or more joyful experience at a nail salon. 5 stars is simply not enough. Trish did my nails and omfg, an angel. I really, really enjoyed the time she took to do my nails. She did not rush, and I appreciated that so much. I hope the owner takes care to not rush their artists ever because this is what will keep people coming back as opposed to other salons who are so “in and out” as quick as possible. The end result is so perfect, and her skills really shine through in the details that had me upset with other salons. I am already looking forward to returning, but at the same time loving and going to enjoy my current nails. We were also greeted warmly, and the vibe of the salon is relaxing and nice. Run, do not walk, to Perfection Nails.❤️

Lisa is a whole vibe. Not only will she go above and beyond to make your nail dreams come true but she is so chill. Conversation 10/10. Her technique and attention to detail is unmatched. Truly the best nail tech in all of Syracuse. Thank you for always giving me the best Gel X sets. She takes her time and will take the extra steps to make your nails flawless.

Lisa went above and beyond what I was expecting she slayed too hard honestly I got my toes done as well and the shop owner came around with a bucket of different prizes you could randomly draw I got 10% off that made my day love this place they are all really nice people that do amazing work which has me coming back again every time

Perfection is the word!! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. I usually feel extremely insecure about my feet and won’t get them done but I felt so comfortable at this salon. 10/10 recommend it doesn’t get any better than here !!!

I had a horrible experience. I showed the nail tech what I wanted and she tried but it did not match. The nail tech apologized and tried again but it simply did not match. The owner didn’t like that I spoke up about disliking my nails and she told me as a black woman I was being difficult. If you don’t like how they choose to do your nails then you will receive nasty words and disrespect from the owner. I would strongly reconsider coming here if you want a luxury experience. 1st photo is the inspiration and the second one is my hand.
