Abby was amazing! Today was my first time trying the stiletto shape! She killed it! she was very thorough and took her time! everyone here is amazing and has great customer service. Benny was also very helpful with tips on nail color. 10 out of 10 best pedicure and full set I’ve ever gotten. This will be my new place!

I LOVE this place! I live in New Albany and drive 30 minutes to come here. I always leave feeling great about my nails. I mostly see Julie(she is very talented and kind) but I have received services from the other professionals and have always been happy. I highly recommend Perfect Nails & Retreat.

I had very bad experience in this saloon.
Male staff is not customer friendly at all.
They are very rude and disrespectful.
I got gel manicure and pedicure done which got chipped in 2 days 😐.
When I requested for redo they owner nicely accepted it but her male staff was super rude.
He tried to throw hand towel on me when i requested for it.
He told me to “get out” and “don’t come here,may be go to another saloon”.
He even tried to show me middle finger and all three male staff members ganged up and started talking to me loudly.
I will never go back there 👎👎👎👎👎

does an amazing job on my nails. I get such lovely compliments on my nails. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. Highly recommend!!
