Perfect Nails

The makeover in the place is amazing and looks amazing. The chairs are wonderful. Was able to get right in with no wait. However worst pedicure and most expensive pedicure ever. Filed big toe nail so low caused bleeding and cut deep into the skin. Polish is all over the nails it looks awful. No area to post pictures.
Update about twenty minutes afterwards three toes gel polish came off. Waste of $180

I had the best experience here last week. I got my nails done by Victor ( I think) and he was amazing. I didn’t have an appointment and the place looked really packed but they still had me in a chair within 7 minutes. He was great and took his time and I was so pleased with my nails. I will definitely be back to see him when I need them done again. They have remodeled since the last time I’ve been there and it’s really nice. Very pretty, great atmosphere, super clean. It was my best nail experience ever. He was very patient and he talked me into getting gel nails and I couldn’t be happier. I will never do acrylics again. He even let me change my nail color after he had started. Best place by far. Will never go anywhere else after that.

I stopped getting my nails done years ago because whenever I would get them done I didn’t like them. But I finally found a nail tech that does an excellent job. Victor is nice and he does beautiful designs. I’ll keep going back as long as he’s there.

I am so beyond bummed. I came to Perfect nails the day before my wedding for my wedding nails. I went in for a pedicure and gel full set. I showed the technician what I wanted for my gel set and she got started on my pedicure. The pedicure was great, she was super sweet and patient. Then we started on the gel set. I knew something was off when she started the experience by telling me that I have “ditches” meaning that my nails/nail beds are uneven and I needed to eat more kale and spinach (I took it lightly in my nails and was kind until it was time to do the design. She brought out a bright green paint and began drawing lines and wonky ovals. I let it go and let her do her thing, thinking that she would refine it/add finer details afterwards. She did not. I WISH I had taken pictures of the “art” she put on my nails. It was nothing like the picture, and very VERY beginner level work. She then moved on and put loose glitter on my nail. I did not ask for that, and I did not want it. She did not ask if I wanted it before putting it on. She asked if I liked it and I told her no, and asked if we could take off the leaves as well. She furrowed her brows and said “take them off? I just did them? You saw them why didn’t you tell me you didn’t like them then?” And i again explained as nicely as I could that I was just trusting the process and waiting to see if she was done. She got frustrated and said she would still have to charge me for the design since she spent the time to do it(all of the 2 minutes she put into all 4 fingers). I told her that was fine. She then said that she would give me holographic since I still had to pay for the design. At that point I was uncomfortable and anxious and just wanted to leave so I let her. Cut to the payment, she made me pay $165 for this. The pedicure was 75, sure. The set was 65, plus a 5 dollars for the design. Okay. Then she charged me an additional $20 for “length” and $5 for paint removal. Something about that $20 just doesn’t sit right with me, as she had not mentioned it at any point before. Nonetheless, I did not get what I wanted and walked out near tears with what I got. I won’t be returning and regret tipping.

Got my nails done here for the first time by Victor. He was fast, and my nails look amazing. Will definitely be back here again
