I did not experience the bad customer service but I did experience bad service ( lol). The staff was friendly but the lady that worked on my feet had no idea of how to do a pedicure I think my feet are worst than when i went in. I asked for a simple design she told me she could not do it nothing too extravagant. Then she only put one coat of Polish and no clear top I didn’t say much since someone was treating me to the pedicure, but I will not be returning. Cheap prices but in this caseyou get what you pay for.

Maybe the prices sound reasonable but the the service you get doesn’t meet your expectations!
I had my nails done but I wasn’t satisfied with the outcome. The nails are polished unevenly and not clean.

This one of the worst mani/pedis i have ever had in my life. Toes were cut unevenly (they used a cuticle trimmer as opposed to a nail clipper- a pet peeve), and nipped by the cuticle remover. Cuticles were not properly removed on the either hands or feet. (photos below are less than 24 hours after). The place is filthy and disorganized and they rush because they just say yes we have time to anyone that walks in. Never returning

The worst place ever!
I came just to take off nails. It is filthy, no desinfection. Moreover, I was injured with a machine and ran out of there.

I came out of this shop feeling “less than”. Staff is racist. They do not serve customers in the order that they came in, instead they prioritize (and are friendly to) white people. If you are brown or God forbid black, be prepared to be ignored. I witnessed brown people being ignored over white people several times during my visit.

Staff here also always reuses dirty tools and towels. Be aware of nail fungus!!!! Oh and the cherry on top, at the last minute I was charged more for my gel manicure. No explanation why. I asked for the price before we started but that price magically changed by the end of my manicure. (Plain gel polish, no designs or extras)

Never coming back here. I don’t like supporting businesses like this one!!!
