If I could have left a review without giving a star I would have. On Sunday I called here at 10:45 and asked if they could do a full set & A fill the man who answered said yes if ur here with in the next 15 minutes I said ok ty. We got there at 10:55 am, They had us wait. They then sat my niece in the chair for her fill at 11:15 am, Told me I was next I said ok. Someone comes in and they took her next np I’m still waiting. So at 12:20 I get seated a lady starts mine the full set, After filing she says she’s very sick someone is gonna finish gets up goes to the back. 12:35 The man apologizes to me says she was hungry and went to eat. They have me move down to another lady (mind u my niece is still getting her fill) I sit down I say to the young lady I would like coffin shape and thin not thick, She says ok. I showed her the shimmer gel powder I want she says ok. My niece who was sitting next to me is telling the lady that has her that the design is not the same as the pic she was showed and told she could do. The lady starts getting mad because she was asked to take it off and try another picture mind u it’s now 1:00 pm and she’s talking very hostile at this point which got my niece now very hostile to the point she asked for a plain nude color and the lady couldn’t even do that without getting it on her hands, So she asked her to just stop at this point. The lady I had was ignoring me as im saying something about the shape, size, and she couldn’t get the powdered gel on my nails correctly because she was using her finger I’ve always seen them use a q-tip when doing mine. So she takes it off and says pick a gel color I can’t do that, I get up go pick red and figure u can’t go wrong. It just continued to go wrong!!!! They do not want u to explain anything even the guy who was booking people all for 1pm and didn’t have enuff workers for the ones already there, said the nails did look very very very bad. I respect everyone’s job but the professionalism these woman showed was honestly discussing. We still payed 40 & 45 for a job that looks like a beginner nail tech did them. It was not about the money, Tip would have graciously been given if warranted. I was not gonna leave a review but this was done yesterday and everytime i look at my hands I wanna cry!! I love getting my nails done and this experience was horrible. We left out of there by 1:45 pm from 10:55 am 85 dollars short & Such a horrible experience. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE NOT EVEN IN A PINCH.

Crooked, Different shapes, very thick, not coffin shape at all. Look at my niece two pinkys.

Awesome experience. Friendly & attentive staff, quality service, great results. The gel pedicures were $45 /ea and worth every penny.

Surprised by the negative reviews. Perfect Nails is my go-to – easy to schedule an appointment, efficient, and cheap compared to most other salons in the area. Their gel manicures also last longer than those I’ve gotten at other salons and all of the women who work there are nice and do a good job, so I don’t need to request a specific tech.

I’m sad that I even have to give this place a 1 star review. I’m not sure where Emily or Cindy has been, but I’ve should’ve just waited to come back and see the next time they were working. The lady who did my nails told me no on the shape I wanted. Why tell me no if I’m paying you for the service and I’m getting tips anyway? She was doing fine up until we were done and my nails were filed unevenly. How do you look at my nails and think the job you did was ok? I had to file them myself. They look better now but I shouldn’t have had to fix my own nails. She also used the cuticle tool and it wasn’t cleaned, i didn’t see the sanitizing machine for the tools anywhere. That’s pretty gross and I’m glad I didn’t get an infection or anything. I’m more pissed about the lady telling me no about doing the shape I wanted. I’m never coming back here, and I’ve been coming here for years.

Friendly environment and clean. I knew this place 3 years ago,thanks to my daughter who introduced me there. I used to ask France nails style and gel manicure. The ladies whose work there are all nice and really accurate. I really appreciate them professional work. I highly recommend that salon nails.
