My sister visited last weekend and loved her nails (dip manicure) but was charged $6 extra at checkout for having her nails filed! Wth. Isn’t that part of the service? I won’t return.

Should be zero stars. Bad experience from the first phone call until….well, looking at my nails, it’s still bad. I told them when I called that I was very particular, and said I could go elsewhere if they were concerned about that. I have a wonderful technician at another shop but I forgot to make my appt. when I left 3 weeks ago and he stays booked for 2-3 weeks, back-to-back. He couldn’t work me in, unfortunately.
This shop is expensive and the technician took twice as long than the same type service elsewhere. Waste of time and money here. Expensive also. I’m more than happy to pay well for good service, and I didn’t complain about the price but it was steep and if I paid by time it took, it was because she was slow and I’m not quite sure she knew what she was doing. I was there almost 2 hours just for my hands. And it was nothing special. My actual nails are hanging out from under what the technician did. I’ll post photos but not sure if you can see the issue. Tried to sum up this shop review but no time to go through the entire scenario, and it would be a novel. Just say no…..

Had a great experience! I felt very welcomed by everyone working in the salon. My technician did a great job on my full set of acrylic nails! She is extremely detailed, efficient and professional. My nails have truly never looked better! I will definitely come back in the future and will recommend the shop to others.

I am a busy mom of two small children. Getting my nails done every few weeks has become my self care. Peony has a very relaxing atmosphere and lots of colors to choose from. Jennifer always does a fantastic job with my dip manicures. She takes her time to ensure my nails look great. She also always asks about my kids. 🙂 Would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a lovely, calming mani or pedi experience!

I have had previously good experiences here but my latest one was very questionable. I waited an hour to get a space because the techs were busy, which was fine but they made me wait even longer after. I asked some questions about pricing for different types of polish and they pretended to not understand me. I asked for a plain acrylic set and I know they understood this because they repeated this back to me to confirm. Then, they started to put full plastic nails on me and I asked if this was acrylic, since I know that this isn’t the same thing. The lady told me that it was gelx. I told her again that I wanted acrylics but she tried to argue with me by saying that it lasts longer, which dosejt matter because it’s not what I asked for so why would she try to give it to me without my permission. I looked it up later and this option is actually 10 dollars more than acrylics. I was also randomly left to wait 10-15 minutes several times during my appointment while my tech did someone else’s nails and actually switched with another person several times. My nails turned out really see thro as I can see the tips through the color and it wasn’t worth being in the salon for over 2 hours. At the end, the same person that wouldn’t answer my questions about prices started speaking to me in excellent English
