I get my nails done here when in town (4-5 ×/yr). However, this time I needed a new set with light blue regular polish French tip. It seems that each time, I come in for a fill or new set – that there is no consistency in pricing. I’m always asked if live locally or not and I personally feel that if you say you don’t live locally – the price goes up. This is just my opinion. This time, I was charged $60 – to me seems way to high, and blew me away! I should have asked how much for the service ahead of time..my bad. For this nail visit, I feel that I can only give 2 stars.

I am very unhappy with the results of my pedicure and daughter’s manicure. I was told my nails were dry as my shoes were being placed on my feet. They clearly were not dry as they smeared and my big toes were ruined. My daughter got a basic manicure but it looks like a child did it. The paint was clumpy and bubbly and smeared in spots. They also painted over her cuticles. The top coat was applied unevenly. I’m never one to complain but we will not be returning.

The experience started off okay. The nail tech was friendly at first and offered me a drink. However, I had one nail (that is very sensitive) that still had polish on it. Instead of soaking it, like every salon I’ve ever been to, he proceeded to RIP the polish off of my nail. When I expressed that it was very painful, he dismissed it. From there I was shaking and nervous. I’m conflicted because my nails ended up being absolutely beautiful but I have since noticed cuts on my cuticles and rough edges to my tips. To top it all off, everything was very rushed due to a bigger party coming in after me. After this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be coming back here.

I went a few weeks ago and had an awful experience as he rushed my nails and was very rough on them when he did it. Left very frustrated. Today I took the dip off and come to find out he filed completely down to almost the bare layer of the nail. Will never be back again.
