Normally I have no issue with this place but the couple times I have had issues it’s the same nail tech. When I tell you I am beyond annoyed first they book me for a 5:30 don’t get seated until 6 that’s fine but my issues is the nails the job this man did was not it ! I have a set on one hand and a completely different one on the other. Both hands are shaped differently right hand middle finger is way shorter then the other nails and the left middle finger . At the beginning he over cut my thumb nail into the coffin shape and towards the end I did ask him to Even it out a bit and he added some acrylic but I’ll let the photos tell you.
Honestly think that was the last in me for this place.

David was amazing. I was so concerned the dip would be too thick and the design wouldn’t come out well. He kept asking me my opinion to ensure I was happy. He nailed it (pun intended) absolutely amazing. Great pedicure too. Ask for David!

Every time I come here, it’s always a great experience from me. Tina took care of me with a mani and pedi. She was very helpful and I’m greatly satisfied with the service I had received. Very considerate worker!

I love love love absolutely love this place. I never have an issue whenever I go here. They are all awesome at what they do. They even take there time to figure out how to do a design that hasn’t been done before.

Back in 2021, this place was really solid and I would have recommended them to anyone. Not sure if management had changed or what but it’s only gone down hill. They only care about your money and not your time. It’s happened several times where I make an appointment and find other people getting sat before me despite not asking for a specific tech. They will tell you “someone is finishing up” while not even having put polish on someone. Would recommend going elsewhere if you value your time unless you want to wait 30 minutes after your appointment to still not be sat.
