Pearl Nails

Went here for the second time & got my dip redone then got a deluxe pedicure. They pay attention to detail and if you have a design you want on your nails, they can do it! Got my first manicure before the holidays and received lots of compliments, so when I was staying in town, I had to go back. Love the black polish with the gold sparkles – thought I’d try something different! The deluxe pedicure felt amazing, the massage was superb and was able to choose a scent they use during the pedicure. Highly recommend going here!

I just had the best pedicure here they were so nice the massage chairs were amazing. My feet look and feel terrific and it was very budget friendly. I got the deluxe pedicure. Will definitely come here again when I am in town!

Pearl Nails surprised me with their amazing nail art. I was just going in there to clean up my cuticles and change the color. But, I said yes to some flowers. Next time I’ll get the gel color with the same look. Great customer service as well and good specials.

Well this place is probably THE WORST nail salon on planet earth, and that’s if I’m being nice. My girlfriend asked for a dip manicure and this is what she got. I don’t know a whole lot about nails, but it took me one second to realize these were just absolutely awfully done. You can see the gaps between her real nail and dip as they refused to take off the old tips on some fingers. I say refused because she told the tech the tips were clearly still on there and she refused to acknowledge this simple fact. There was about 10 layers applied which is evident as the dip is thicker than a Culver’s concrete mixer.

Let’s get into the sheer disrespect she also received at this salon, because that was just the cherry on top in combination with the poor nail job. My girlfriend made multiple claims about how awful the nails were looking during the process, and rather than accepting blame and admitting fault, the tech said “it’s a hard color”. Well if it’s such a hard color then why do you offer it? Like I said, the tech ignored the simple fact that her old tips were still on. I mean that is just pure disregard and disrespect to the customer.

Lastly, let’s touch on what the salon did to make up for it. This was a deluxe manicure. A decent salon would say, “hey customer, we know we did a bad job so we are not charging you or will charge you for the basic manicure”. But since this salon is absolutely poorly ran there was nothing like that that occurred. You know what they did though? They gave her a $5 off coupon for next time. A $5 off coupon. Read that back. Especially the “next time” part. There will NEVER be a next time LOL. Just horrible.

Welp, i have talked long enough. Pretty sad to see my girlfriend come home in shambles because of the disrespect she received and the awful job that was done.
