I will say I have gone here for years and never has a problem, I always felt like they used single use items and were following the proper cleaning and disinfecting protocols and felt like I could trust them. That has changed. I have witnessed a technician use a tool and just wash it off and not property disinfect their tools and then place them back in their kit. I do not feel comfortable getting my nails done here because of that as well as using single use items more than once.

I have had the manager do my nails and she’s fantastic – even though I get plain manicures she still treats it like a top service (unlike some places I’ve been).

For pedicures, I usually go with Vy and she’s wonderful. She is very personable and any pedicure I’ve gotten with her will always last at LEAST 3 weeks. She is thorough and professional as well.

Thankful to have found a great spot such as Pearl Nails whenever I’m in town!

This is the best manicure I’ve ever had. My nails look beautiful. Rose dipped my nails- first time I’ve had dip. I’m very happy and will definitely come back and highly recommend to others. The salon was very clean and friendly staff work there.
