I love going to Paull Nails. Very nice staff, very clean, comfortable and pleasant environment. I go every 2-3 wks for a full set 💅 manicure & every 6-8 wks for a gel pedicure. Mack is the best! He is a very professional, friendly, talented, and creative artist. I work with my hands and get lots of compliments on my nails. I always refer them to Mack @ Paull Nails. I have never been disappointed. 😁

I’ve been here a handful of times for pedicures on my lunch break. Today I got a manicure and pedicure, the pedicure came out decent but the manicure is not professional quality. Tried to ask the manicurist while she was painting if she could get the edges, she immediately acted annoyed. Fixed one edge and left the rest unpainted. This isn’t a 40$ manicure, that’s for sure. I won’t come back.

What I asked for vs what I got- the pictures speak for themselves. I’ve never left a nail salon with such mess on my hands. I was absolutely covered in both glitter and polish, as well as drenched in oil to the point where I needed help getting my card out to pay. I would’ve been completely okay with them telling me they cannot pull off this design but I was not told that. I booked ombré acrylics thinking I would be getting colored acrylic for the ‘ombré’ nails but was left with a mess of airbrushing. The glitter pieces are literally cured to parts of my cuticle and the nail itself. 2 stars because the environment and atmosphere was phenomenal and super friendly, but I would not go here for more than a basic manicure. I seriously don’t understand how glitter can be done so poorly- mind you they used literal powder with glitter in it, not a blue glitter gel polish as would typically be used.

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star if I had a choice. I booked an appointment online and was on time for my appointment. I asked for acrylic toenails as my toenails are a bit short and wanted some more length. I never asked for a discount or anything. The guy there was rushing me and kept trying to grab the nail colors from me when I had barely sat down in my chair, and didn’t even have a chance to look at the colors. I had a dropped a box while moving on my left toe so it was a bit bruised and I asked the lady very nicely to be gentle with it because she was being very rough and kept pushing on the bruised part which was very painful. She gave me such an attitude when I asked for acrylic nails, she kept sighing at me and making faces at me, and talking in her own language. She made me so uncomfortable that I told her to please just take the nail polish off my toes, and paid for that part and left. I will NEVER EVER be back here. Their customer service is awful, and they make you feel like you are an inconvenience. I am always polite when I got out, and I always tip at least 60% of what my bill is and sometimes more. I will take my business somewhere else!!

Love love love my nails! Went for the first time this evening with my mom and we both very much enjoyed ourselves and the service we received. Will be back! The nail tech I got was very nice and friendly and easy to work with. Only downfall was we made an appt but only one of us was able to sit down and start as soon as we arrived. The other had to wait for a good 20 mins easy. Figure making an appt for us both, at that time we both should be ready to start. Either way, worth it. Great place.
