I came in with an appointment with Taylor Baker, I checked in and sat in the waiting area for about 3 minutes before Taylor came to bring me to her chair. She asked several questions about what I was wanting. She took her time and chose the perfect color for me.
I have extremely thick, curly hair and Taylor did an amazing job coloring, washing and styling my hair.
She was thorough, but also finished in a timely fashion.
I will most definitely be back and highly recommend.
You can’t beat the quality.
And the price makes it that much sweeter.

10/10 experience if you ask me. Walked in on a Monday morning with no appointment and they got me in a chair within 10 minuets. My hair was cut and styled by Vivian (I hope I spelled that right) and she absolutely KILLED IT! I haven’t had such a well rounded and talented individual touch my hair In over 5 years. If you’re thinking about taking a chance with this place, GO FOR IT!!

My first time experience going to Paul Mitchell School in Greenville SC was this past Monday for one all over color.
I was called by the student whom didn’t introduce herself, I had to ask her her name.
As she asked me questions and the teacher over her came over, I emphasized I wanted a soft natural brown not dark … teacher seemed to understand. Well it came out almost black. Not even. When I got home roots lighter than ends. I also saw several areas the gray wasn’t covered. And color was left on 35 minutes. The student didn’t rinse hair well, had to do back to sink. I even had color spots on temple and forehead, I noticed when I got home. I called Monday evening and the girl on phone, was very nice, said a lead team leader or teacher would call me within a few days. It’s Friday and haven’t heard from anyone.
I already got my hair fixed. I hated it as well as my husband.
The girl asked how service was when I paid I said good but inside I wasn’t happy. The girl who did it stood by me so felt embarrassed for her if I said I wasn’t happy. Her professionalism was not there at all.
I’m sorry for a bad review. I didn’t want to have to do this. But since haven’t heard from them, well here I am.
All I want is my money back.
Oh and they charged for two bowls and she said she didn’t use all the second bowl. If you go for senior day only the first bowl is 35%off. Thats silly too. But whatever. There’s more but that’s it. You get my drift.

Yazz in esthetics gave me the best facial I ever received in my life! I had many extractions, she took her time and got everything out and she was soo gentle! I looked like a new woman when I got up I love love love it! Yazz is great! We accomplished all of my skin care goals! I’m pleased I will forever be a client of hers, can’t wait to see how far she goes
