I have been a patron of Park West Nail Salon for over a year. The service is always fast, professional and hygienic. The owners take care to learn their regulars by name and to pair them with a technician most suitable for the customer’s desired services. I have never left the salon disappointed or frustrated with the service. I look forward to enjoying each visit.

I posted the original “inspiration” photo I gave them as well as the actual nails they put on my hands. I mean pure insanity. The first picture is what the first finished product was. Showed the nails to who I think was the owner and she picked up my hand and inspected my nails like I was lying about how fugly they are. Just applied and it looks like they’ve been growing out for weeks already on top of them just being stubby messes. She sends me back to the nail tech who just begins to file the already stubby nails and sends me on my way again. After laughing so hard because… this can’t be real right? I talk to the owner again and ask to be switched to the nail tech who was working on my sister at the time to get these fixed and am now greeted with a bit more of an attitude and a yes. The new nail tech then begins to add more acrylic on top of the stubs creating the stubby bubbles you see in the next picture. I’m appalled! I got these two days ago and I just took them off today because of how thick and uneven these nails were. I’m all for making mistakes, but when being asked 2 times over to fix them I don’t know I thought they would’ve taken them off and started fresh. Super disappointed in the unprofessional response to these monstrosities.

I had a great experience here. The lady who did my nails was very nice and everyone here was very welcoming. It was done exactly like in the preference picture showed her. Definitely will come back.

Y’all!!! If you gotta get your nails done, you have to come here. Beautiful atmosphere excellent service attention to detail and prices out of this world. Plus they give a hand massage and a hot towel after you get your full set or fill in at no extra charge. Amazing job!!!! First time I got a full set and came back for full in and got the same design bc I have another wedding to go to!
