I normally get my nails done with two gentlemen that do a great job. They weren’t there today and I got my nails done with a girl that’s been working there for 6 years. What a terrible experience . I asked her to fix the nails and she didnt. It seemed to bother her when I asked her kindly. I hate paying for bad service. If you don’t want to work you should just stay home.

Let’s see. I was a walk in, and was able to be seen on a busy day without having an appointment. I heard another walk in behind me having to make an appointment. So I guess I got lucky. The place looks nice and clean inside. The staff was very nice. The message chairs are ok. I really did like the fact that the foot part lifted up, so you don’t have to hold up your foot while they are working on your heels. The lady I had was amazing when she was messaging my left. Her hand was not light at all. Loved that. The only problem was when my toes were painted, and she did NOT clean off the extra polish off my actual toe. I did not see this until I got home. So on my pinky toe, there was paint on the side, and another polish was thick past where my toe nail ended.
I wanted to find a backup nail place to my go-to nail place. I just don’t think this will be it

Cute nail, but they did it a bit too quick, lines are not as done in picture and small brush hairs in the nail.

If i could give them zero stars i would. Terrible management and terrible nail techs. I showed nini MULTIPLE pictures and told her MULTIPLE times throughout the appt that i didn’t like them and that it wasn’t what i asked for. I asked them to refund me and remove the nails. They did not want to remove them and only gave me $10 off even though i was unhappy. I will be telling all of my friends and family to stay away from this place. Very unprofessional. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
