I got these French tips done yesterday and as you can see she made left my nail beds super thick. I couldn’t get them redone because they were about to close. So I couldn’t get it redone at the time. I called them this morning and asked to have them redone and they said I could come in then and I didn’t need an appointment. After I made a 45 minute drive they said I had to come back in 2 hours. The staff were very rude and argumentative. Please do not go there save your money!!!!

Overall, didn’t have a horrible experience, however, my polish is already chipping not even 24 hours after I got them done…. I’m not from the area so going back isn’t really an option. Disappointed that I spent money for it to come off the next day.

Have been here twice and both times were great experiences. I came in today for a fill and she killed it. I have never had a set that looks this good. My only regret from the day is that I didn’t get the nail artists name because I would love to request her every time ☺️

I got this set done a week ago and there already lifting and the gel polish is peeling horribly. I really liked this set but they just came up so fast and the gel did not stick.

I’ve been here three times and each time has been less satisfactory than the last. I’m not one to complain, but they also don’t seem to critical of feedback or too worried about their work.

“No refunds, but we’ll re-preform the service if unsatisfactory”. They didn’t even give me that much. I had to choose a different polish and instead of redoing the service and all my nails, they only redid the chipped nails and layered on top of the old polish.

I quite literally could’ve done a better job myself (and have).
