My best friend and I visited Paris Nails for the first time a week and a half ago and had a wonderful experience. We were greeted by the owner, Anthony, who was very friendly. The staff took care of us right away, even though we did not have appointments. The gentleman who did my dip manicure and polish change on my toes did an excellent job, paying great attention to detail. The gal who did my friend’s nails left some polish on her fingers but still did a good job overall. The salon was clean and inviting, making for a relaxing visit. We had a great experience and would definitely return.

I decided to go back since I had great experiences before mister cocky nail tech and I was very pleased with the results. I got dip and tips and they looked amazing and they have been on 2 weeks and counting. Also no sign of mister cocky nail tech so they must have realized their mistake and got rid of him. Giving 4 stars not 5 since they hired him to begin with.

I have been to this nail salon numerous times before and have always been very pleased with the results. When I sat down, I told the nail tech that I wanted dip with tips. But partway through I realize that he was prepping for acrylic nails. He had already put the nail primer on there for the acrylics so that’s the only reason I can assume that my nails are popping off when it hasn’t even been a week. I’ve had dip numerous times at that salon and I’ve never had an issue. I was just there four weeks prior and had my nails done before a cruise with dip and tips with no problem. The guy was also rude and pushy. Telling me that dip and tips wouldn’t last and that I needed to get acrylic. I explained to him I’ve always had dip with tips and they lasted about four weeks without a problem. He then said well have you had acrylics before and I replied yes I had them for 15 years my nails do better with dip. He went ahead and did the nails but as you can see from the picture the dip doesn’t cover the whole nail so it looks like it’s already grown out. Maybe he’s more of an acrylic tech and can’t do dip. I should’ve complained before I left but I just wanted to go. The lady next to me said that the client before me who had him also had the same issue with him being pushy and trying to change her service. I’m not sure if I will be back again. Paris Nails should’ve vetted their employees before they put them out with their customers. Very disappointed.

Had Peter and Karen! They did a beautiful job on my acrylics and my gel pedicure!!! They were very sweet and personable as well! Thank you both!!!!

Horrible. Picked the color I always use for nails and toes. I always like them to be same color.

Closer to pink than red. However, still not color of nails. Spoke to manager who agrees color doesn’t match and goes back to nail tech who says she used the same color. Obviously, it is NOT the same. Now have to find a salon tomorrow and try to find something they have close to the correct color.
Will never return. Unfortunately, this is the same place that overcharged me twice. Three strikes and you’re out Paris Nails.

Daughter and I went in. Very upset when sitting there. I had a new girl 2 weeks. She said she got her license in her country, Cambodia. Doesn’t she have to be licensed in the US? The lady doing my nails also said she got her license in their country. As my daughter and I sat there, we both were getting our nails and toes done. I paid extra on a nicer pedicure, but as they put the board across my lap so they could do my nails at the same time as the pedicure. the girl that was doing the pedicure was not able to a good Pedicure because my legs weren’t able to be lifted up. Also, They were obviously talking about us. The newbie kept staring at me and put her head down quickly as they were talking. The girl that was doing my gel manicure was laughing so hard she was crying. My daughter did not get what she asked for. When she asked for shorter nails you could tell he didn’t want to go shorter. She said please shorter. The picture she showed him is not what she got. I will not be going back either or Will my daughter.
