Not sure why this place has such high ratings. We dropped in for some banh mi and weren’t even acknowledged. The lady at the register was on her phone and despite being the only people in the restaurant and walking right up to the register, I had to interrupt her phone session to ask if we could order. The Korean dog was undercooked and overall just not good. The banh mi were also not good – they were very sweet, filled with dry and weird-flavored meat, and there was some stringy stuff in the sandwich I couldn’t identify but have never seen in a banh mi before. I did like the baguette I bought pretty well, and the almond cookies were perfect. My brother wasn’t a huge fan of their macarons but did like the coconut cookies. We could overlook the wonky service and vibe, but I don’t think we will return here as the banh mi were the main attraction for us and we found them to be sorely lacking.

The location seems to be getting some renovations right now, but the decor was bright and fun. When we went (about an hour before close), a lot of the pastries were sold out, but they still had a big selection of cheesecakes/refrigerated sweets and also fresh egg rolls.
The mango yogurt brûlée drink and the grilled pork bun/banh mi were both really good. I would recommend the banh mi over the bun for just for the texture overall. The person taking the orders was very nice and quick.

I wanted to point out the amazing food and service by Scott at Paris Banh Mi – SO Very good!
We had a very large order that needed to be picked up. I was pinned down in the mountains, and I called in to try to figure out a solution to deliver these sandwiches and Scott was AMAZING . He clearly operates at a very high level of excellent restaurant service. After explaining the situation he was incredibly helpful and absolutely the epitome of excellent customer care. As stated, I had a bit of a challenge trying to deliver and Scott stepped up. Honestly he was precisely perfect in being a good operator. He heard the story and said “I got you” (very rare these days) Anyway, Scott went above and beyond to make sure that all of his delicious sandwiches were personally delivered with care and on time (actually ahead of time), and he understood exactly the delicate nature of our situation.
If I could give Scott at Paris Banh Mi more stars I would.

Surprisingly really good! I was skeptical because of it’s location (aka not in the Viet part of town) but took and gamble. I got their banh mi dac biet because that is the banh me litmus test and they passed with flying colors! Bread is crunch and soft, good meat to bread ratio, even had pate in it. It’s long and narrow which I like cause it’s more manageable. So happy I tried it and will be a new regular!

First they fresh bake their French breed in store snd each loaf has a warm and gooey interior with a crispy crunchy exterior.

Second the veggie medley producers great fresh crispness and a good punch of spice that surrounds your palette with each bite.

The meats are varied. They have the super approachable like grilled pork as well as lesser experienced like pates.

But he best part is most sandwiches are under $8.00.
