I have been going to this salon for years and I’ve had some great experiences. However, the last few times have not been so great. I had a new set put on about three weeks ago that was really poor work, but the tech was new so I did not make a stink. Pics below. Today I went in for a scheduled appointment and showed the tech A picture of what I was aiming for, and she became very rude And condescending. She told me I needed to pick a base color which I did not understand being, I did not know how metallic colors work. She then snapped about how I had been sitting there that whole time, referring to when I first got to the salon, and didn’t even pick out a color. At that point, I just got up and left as I was not in the mood to be ridiculed and snapped at for not understanding a process.
I was quite taken back by the tone and pure nastiness she showed towards me.
This place has lost my business and my respect.

It looks like my review was removed or something. Just want to warn people again not to go here! They drilled completely through my nail when removing a product and did not clean the wound or tools.

They were very welcoming and my nails are always so cute when I come here💕 10/10 recommend and I will keep updating pictures to show how cute these are💕 Also, I love the support in preventative care. My nails have grown strong and my heels haven’t cracked. I now can do dip with my natural nails. Their services are very much appreciated.

Got new acrylics done for Valentine’s Day as well as a pedicure. I was pleasantly surprised with how fast and well they were done and I loved having the artist’s input and help figuring out what I wanted on my nails. The pedicure was great, he even got my ingrown toenails out for me at a much less expensive and much less painful process than going to my Dr. 10/10 would recommend and o will be returning. Thanks guys!

So many issues…VERY rude staff, advertised colors not matching what was actually used (then staff were rude when we asked for a different color), quality of manicures was very messy (polish all over cuticles/fingers), one staff member smudged some polish and tried to ignore it so we had to ask for it to be fixed, we had a pre-made reservation for a bridal party and multiple people (including the bride) were seated in different areas alone despite open chairs where the majority of the group was. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
