I have been going here to get my nails done for several years. There is never a wait, they are quick and do a nice job. However, tonight, I had a terrible experience. Last time they charged me $36 for a French dip. This time they charged me $61 for a dip color…..AND the boy nicked me 3 times and made me bleed twice! THEN he just up and left in a hurry leaving someone else to finish the last step. Didn’t say goodbye or anything. I think I’m done here.

BAD Hygiene: During my visit, there was a little dog running around the whole nail salon–However when I was getting my manicure, the dog proceeded to PEE right next to me, which I could smell. The people working at the salon just sprayed the spot and wiped it up with paper towel. They didn’t even say sorry to me. I saw the employees handle and hold the dog after this, and then proceed to work on the nails of a little girl that came in with her dad right after. Shouldn’t you wash your hands? As I looked around, I saw another wet spot with dog footprints leading away from it–They missed cleaning this spot. There were color selection palettes on the ground and clutter around the manicure tables. Overall it made me really question how clean the salon is. Decent manicure and pedicure, but I left feeling very grossed out…
