Shelia
The first time was fine; albeit the painting aspect was sloppy. I don’t like my overlays done thick, and they did a great job avoiding this.
I went back again for a fill and pedicure and my fill was done at the same time as my pedicure, allowing for 0 relaxation. (I like to read on my kindle or poke around on my phone during a pedicure).
I mentioned I did not like the color of my nails, a few different times. However the tech seemed to bypass this information without care. He finished the fill and went to the back room. As I was taking a few pictures of my nails to send to my husband, he noticed and after a while came back out to “fix them”. (Had he not seen me do this, I don’t think he would’ve fixed them, given the fact he ignored my saying I didn’t care for the color or quality). (See pictures)
The “fix” was even worse. The polish was bubbly and lumpy (see pictures). I can appreciate the attempt to fix them, but after seeing what I was left with I should’ve done just that: left.
Within a few days the polish had lifted off and peeled due to all the air bubbles and poor quality of work done. I ended up just taking all the gel off because I couldn’t stand to look at it.
70$ for both treatments. Absolutely not worth it and a complete waste of time and money. A few days later and I have no manicure to show, yet they still have my money.
I will say, my pedicure was done well.
