Service was good. The manicure (full set) was awful. Thick rushed just not polished. I’ve had MUCH better full sets than this, much better. So disappointed. I paid for this mess. Will not ever go back.

First, I just want to say my review is not based on one experience. I have received service here now roughly 6 times. 1). The location is convenient since I just started working in the area. The establishment itself is nice. Very pretty on the inside. 2) Quality of service is average. My very first visit I requested a full set and pedicure. While sitting to get my pedicure, another woman attempted to start on my nails. I know this is customary in some places, but I don’t like this, especially if the chairs are not designed for dual services. I rejected the attempt and received nasty stares. I would like to add that the pedicure was acceptable, but I’ve had better quality of service. I mentioned multiple times that I wanted my nails cut down, and the lady barely took any nail off. I had to cut them at home. The full set was irregular in shape, and I had to go back in that same week to have it fixed (at my expense). The lady Ms. Jennifer lied about her ability to do lash extensions and wasted my time booking an appointment with her for the service, only to have her tell me when I got there (after a very in depth conversation about my expectations) that she uses temporary glue that is used for one day wear strip lashes. An having her try to rush and start putting them on me while I was seated upright. I declined that service as well.
Moving forward, I’ve had a few refills and polishes done, and they were acceptable (of average quality).
The pictures below are from today, 3/24/2022. I wanted a simple refill as you can see the shape of my nails are all different. They aren’t square square as requested, and the gel polish completely lifted off my pinky in a solid sheet within minutes of me leaving. While getting the service, I repeatedly mentioned to Ms. Sue that I was not satisfied with the dipping and bubbles in the polish. Her solution was to add more polish, which led to my nails looking thicker and more rounded. It wasn’t until I mentioned to another nail tech while getting up, that I was not satisfied that an attempt was made to try and fix it. However, at that time, I was already upset and out of time. Literally, within minutes of leaving, the polish lifted off my pinky. I called back to request a refund and was told I could only receive a partial refund, to cover the polish only.

It’s hard to tell in the pictures, but Ms. Sue also butchered my cuticles, and I requested to have the skin removed. She told me that she could only add oil to it.
Needless to say, I will not be returning and will still be on the hunt for a new nail tech.

Lesson learned, will not return. Service was incredibly rushed with a lack of care, focus, and attention. Requested a basic pedicure and eyebrow wax. Pedicure was subpar, to say the least. Had to ask for my nails to be filed. Had to ask for my feet to be buffed. Aren’t these basics or standard practices of a pedicure? Within a blink of an eye the attendant was putting on a clear coat, not realizing that my toes were misshapen. I had to bring this to her attention as well. I asked the attendant if a design was possible. Let me just say, if you don’t know how to do something, please say so? Needless to say, the “Pamper and Polish” certainly did not live up to its name in any way, shape, or form. Buyer’s remorse, an understatement. $35 pedicure, $6 “nail art”, $12 eyebrow waxing, and yes, I still provided gratuity. What did I pay for?? You determine for yourself. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Today they reached the negative star review! Sounding alarm and unsafe practices alert to all of the clientele who frequent this establishment! DO NOT go there for health safety reasons!
Overwhelming patron numbers caused them to lower their health practices!

1. Did not wash bowls between uses though they used the plastic bowl wraps.
2. Did not wash feet of all clients but polished toes and replaced fungal nail on big toe! To avoid the reuse of nail polish client requested to have bottle of polish rather than it be thrown out! Refused to give away or throw away used nail polish that she used from the wrapped box and placed back in the wrapper box as if the polish was brand new!! The entire nail visit lasted 25-30 minutes with subpar treatment and were charged for the entire “spar” treatment!🤢🤮🤑 praying for next set of unsuspecting groups of sisters, mothers and daughters trying to treat themselves for graduation Mother’s Day and prom season! Take your money elsewhere ladies and gents!!

AMAZING TECHNIQUE, their acrylics were NOT chunky one bit, and the detail was amazing , also a great price too, the other places in NOLA charge 70-95 for acrylics but Pamper And Polish charged only 40-45! My nails were almost identical to the photo I showed them.
