I had a really bad experience at Cartier nails in Scottsdale. I decided to try somewhere new that was closer to home (Ocotillo) and boy am I glad I did. Son (Sam) did a fabulous job. You can tell that they care about the customers experience. It’s a quaint little shop, the music isn’t too loud, there’s not a bunch of fussing around and rushing around. He was quick about getting my nails done but he didn’t cut corners. Expeditious might be the best word. Great personality. Super excited that I found a place around the corner.

I walked in to get a fill-in because my nail tech at a different salon was in vacation. Tommy happened to be at the front walking a customer out. He and the gentleman at the desk greeted me with a big smile. I was not planning to get my nails done in that moment, I was just checking the place out. It was hard to walk out without giving it a try. I had the best greeting and conversation in the first 5 minutes! Tommy was my nail tech. He was professional, warm and interested in what I wanted. He even asked me about my previous nail care and made expert recommendations. My nails are BEAUTIFUL! His work is absolutely wonderful. He respects time, so he was more than efficient and he really wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted and was enjoying my experience. He was so personable. I’m not really expecting to return to my other tech. I can’t see not going back to Tommy at Pamper
Me Pretty. The shop is very nice and clean and I like the location. Everyone was really nice.

Called last minute and within 5 minutes I arrived and was serviced. Sam was my manicurist and he was fast and gentle. Best manicure I’ve had in a long time. Then to the pedicure, Sally did wonderful! Again diligent, gentle, and the massage put me to sleep. I was so happy and will be back.

Cloudy Leaves
First time here and felt welcomed. I wanted to get gel manicure and remove my acrylics to go with a more natural nail. The nail tech was really informative about using a hard gel because I work in construction. He was really nice and made me feel comfortable. Will be coming again.

My mom and I came here today to get a set of gel x nails and pedicure. When I sat down, the nail tech, Sam, explained to me that gel x wouldn’t be a great choice with my natural nails and told me I should try hard shell nails instead. He was very nice and very meticulous. He took his time and we talked the whole time. My nails turned out great too! I highly recommend coming here 🙂
