Just spent $70 on my nails only for them
to be peeling(weirdly enough, never seen that before) two days later, & my nails look lumpy. I also never have been in more pain during and after getting my nails done. Waste of money. On the bright side employees were nice i’ll give them that! Probably wouldn’t go back though.

This nail salon came highly recommended by a friend. So maybe my expectations were a little high. I made appointment for gel nail polish change. Had an appointment and they called me later to see if I could come earlier, like now. When I got there was confusion on who was available to take care of me. I got one guy that started with me. Handed me off to someone else, then handed me off yet again. I didn’t get my cuticles pushed back even though I asked. Gel nail polish applied poorly. Many of the corners have no polish. No hot towels. No moisturizer on hands. Never mind a neck rub that are usually done at all nail salons in northern NJ. So don’t go for an experience.not sure how long my nails will last.

do not get your eyelashes done here. I got mine done here, and within 3 days they were so infected & inflamed , another lash tech from somewhere else had to fix them. they were $180, too!
when I called and let the lady know i had an eye infection in BOTH eyes, and my lashes had to come off, she said she’d remove them (for $50). And that I “didn’t clean them” I cleaned them, AND an eye infection can’t happen within 3 days unless dirty tools were used. doctor & another tech said the same.
I ended up having to spend almost double having them removed and fixed by somewhere else.
I wore lashes for many months after this, from another tech, and never got an infection. this proves that the infection in fact, came from unclean tools.

Two weeks ago i received an eyebrow wax and this happened. It never happened before. I went to urgent care the next morning, and received steroids and antibiotics. The doctor felt the wax probably was in the more sensative part of the eye, and when pulled, it affected the area. I showed one of the staff members, and she took a pic snd sent ot to the owner. I just wanted her to know. Today i went yo get a pedicure, and there wasn’t a sorry, or any words to show she had feelings for me. I was very surprised. I knew she had been a teacher. I think when someone brings this to your attention you should at least say im very sorry this happened, and we will do everything to not let it happen again. Other than this, i always was treated great and services were fine. I just was surprised that there were no words of accountability. Sometimes wax gets contaminated, or wax gets in a sensative part of the eye, but please at least take responsibilty. I was told my eyelid was large. Next time we will hold psrtnof the eye. There wont be a next time. Im sad.

Linda really puts time and care into everything she does, and it shows between her beautiful salon, the relationships with all her employees and nail techs at the salon, and every piece of nail art she does. I won’t go anywhere else
