This is my go to spot for over 1 year now and it’s always a wonderful experience. I have interacted with many of the staff members like Tammy, Henry and my go to girl Gigi! Gigi is amazing and she is a perfectionist which translates well into her work. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and always willing to fix any little imperfections as long as you are polite. From the moment I walk in and am asked if I would like anything to drink to the speedy checkout and short wait time, I recommend this place to anyone that expects relaxation during their visit.

Caramell Kisses
I went with my gf. The 1st time we didn’t have the best experience. But we came back 7 days later and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. They offered drinks to us and insured that we liked our nails. The 1st photo is the before (the brown set.) Then update is the red set. Lily did my nails . And Nina did my toes. They both were very attentive and nice .And they made us laugh.

I have been coming to Palazzio since they opened up and all I can say is that I have never been disappointed. Tammy and the entire staff there are amazing. They tend to your every need. And no matter what your request is. They will get it done! If I could give more than 5 stars I would !! Highly recommend !! These are one of my favorite sets I have done !
