I live by city centre and this is my new go to place, any nail tech i’ve had is incredible. I’ve never left disappointed. 100% recommend, even to the “picky” people cause they will not steer you wrong ❤️❤️🙌🏼

AMAZING SERVICE at Palazzio Nail Lounge. I have so many nail salons in my rotation that have always been my “go-to” but what keeps me coming back is the outstanding service here they give their customers. Everyone from the front desk to the nail techs, everyone is so friendly and kind. I love the selection of colors (so many to choose from!)
Today I had a regular pedicure and a dip manicure but decided to go for the popular trend “cat eye” look. I was not disappointed! Mimi did my pedicure and was so gentle and attentive. She did any amazing job! The gentleman who did my dip manicure was friendly, kind, and gentle as well.
A very relaxing experience and worth me driving to. The services, atmosphere, prices, etc is unbeatable. This is now my favorite nail salon!

Everyone was so kind and friendly. Kate and Tina took such good care of me. Complimentary champagne is always a plus! This is the first nail salon that has given me a strong, sleek full set that lasted almost two months with NO breakages!

This was my second time attending this nail salon. Both times the nail techs have done a good job. But I have mixed feelings about attending here in the future. I went in yesterday to get a refill for my hands and acrylic for my toes. I thought I was only going to pay for the refill price which they priced me at $50 and the acrylic on my toes for $55. When checking out an additional $20 was added for length. I was confused because many nail salons that I’ve gone to has never charged me a length price for a refill. I’ve only been charged for length while getting a completely new set, never during a refill. Long story short, I basically paid full price of a new set, but for a refill…. Not gonna lie, I felt scammed. I wish I would’ve known ahead of time that I was going to get charged additionally for length on a refill instead of the supposed “fluctuating” refill price. That way I know ahead of time exactly how much I’m paying. I don’t appreciate being blinded by extra prices that were not mentioned when asked about pricing before getting serviced.
