the nail tech charged me $50+ for a nail design I didn’t ask for and on top of that made my thumb nail look short. My other nail looked fine but this one made me cackle. 🤣(Mind you I told her if she couldn’t do what I wanted then I didn’t want my nails done by her.)
She said she could recreate the design in the picture without the rhinestones so I got up to ask the owner if she could do them for me but she had a full schedule so it wasn’t possible. Anyway the owner told the nail tech to do the pink French and the cherry’s and she would add the rhinestones herself if she had to.
As soon as she started putting the acrylics on she began complaining and saying the pink French would be too difficult and time consuming. At that point she had already pissed me off so I told her to just do them in white.

Jenny, the owner is very rude and have bad service. She got upset with me because I told her I didn’t like how she did my nails and she refused to fix it. Her daughter and Kim is usually who I go to and better than her but she’s always my last resort and she always available and I see why but i was pressed for time. She didn’t polish all the way to my cuticle. There’s spacing between my cuticle, nail bed, then the polish. I’m the customer, I tell you how i want my nails done. Not you tell me (the customer) how it should look. She also applies way too much polish and she’ll make your nails look thick. She banned me from her shop but if you ever go there, go to Kim or her daughter. In the photo, look how thick my nails are and it already looks like I need a polish change because she didn’t polish all the way back to my cuticle plus she didn’t clip my cuticles good enough. If you scroll through the reviews, more people have said the same thing. She don’t go all the back to the cuticle and the sides. And she made sure she reminded me “this is my shop” like ok girl do you want a cookie. Your employees are better than you as the owner. Take notes from them Jenny. Just because you the owner doesn’t mean you can give bad service

I will never go back here again. This was my husband and I 1st time trying this place out. When we 1st came in they seem to not wanna do our pedicure. We was charged $30 each for a 10 min job. My daughter had to fix my toe nails when I got home. Mother’s Day experience with my husband was awful. NEVER AGAIN

First thing you notice when walking in is the chemical smell in the place. It’s very small and poorly ventilated. I went in and asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. To be honest, they did a great job as you can see in my picture they looked very nice. However, as I came to find out three weeks later, I did not get a gel manicure. It was an acrylic polish that took another nail salon over an hour to remove, trying to be gentle to not strip my nailbeds. Which made me very upset as I repeated my request several times to several different people while there. The stuff they used lasted long and looked great but at the cost of my nail beds. I would not recommend this place.

I walked in and they were very rude. Saying “you have to wait” and me and my friend said ok. Then when we got up there to get our nails done, she was so rough with my nails, made all of my nails bleed and didn’t even say anything. She rushed doing my nails so they came out bad, didn’t let us see all of the colors they had. They are just very rude and rushes at their job when they are supposed to take their time. I will never go back here. Also the nails on one hand aren’t even the same size on the other hand.
