This has been the most beautiful place I have stayed at yet. You are greater with a warm welcome and a warm wash cloth for your face. In the cabins berry clean with a shower and one or two beds. when you meet in the dining hall for you meals it is very unique and pleasing to the eyes. All of the staff are extremely polite and helpful. I will be coming bask here on my next visit to the Masai Mara wildlife preserve.

We came here on a Monday afternoon to get a pedicure and had called that morning to make an appointment. There were only two people there and the person who was to do my wife’s nails wasn’t there.

Requested them about it and they tried to call and got no response from the girl who was to do my wife’s nails. The two girls that were there basically didn’t care and acted like it wasn’t their problem.

I received a gift card for palace nails, and was finally able to use it! Completely satisfied with the job Tay did. It had been awhile since I’ve had a great pedicure!! Friendly atmosphere as well!

Sam did an AMAZING job on my manicure and pedicure! Definitely recommend a pedicure from him! Saray was such a huge help in helping me decide what I wanted. I don’t normally get my nails done so I really didn’t know what I was doing. They definitely care about their customers and the work they put out. ❤️
