Have had a few decent pedicures here so decided to get a manicure. I was pushed into getting dipped nails with the promise they would be so much better than the gel I wanted. Within a few days my nails started hurting, they became inflamed and turning yellow. Went back to have the dipped nails taken off, the man who is always at the front desk was so rude. Charged me to have them removed even though they have a 7 day guarantee. The person who removed them kept being pushed to upsell me on another manicure by the front desk guy! I paid for the removal and the front desk guy had the audacity to tell me it was my fault for choosing dipped nails if I’m sensitive. That their dipped nails use harsh chemicals but rarely people are affected. I’ve never had a manicure before and I made sure the person who did my nails was aware of this! It’s been weeks and my nails are still healing! Beware! They also had no issue trying to use a file on yellowing/infected looking nails! I had to ask her to stop trying to “fix up” my nails when I’m in pain from the dipped nails reaction.

So disappointed. This was our second time here and we won’t be coming back. Our first time was so great and our nail techs did such a great job. This time that we went they were not super busy but gave us two new techs and their service was like night and day. They were in such a rush that they kept cutting us with their drills. I explained to my lady that the man I had last time used a colored acrylic and it was not the regular and she didn’t listen to me and just dismissed what I said and said no it’s I’m proceeded to use the wrong powder on my nails. You can see my through the powder she decided to use and it looks horrible. You can even see where she was in such a and didn’t fully take off the clear polish that was previously there was. They then charged me for a full set of nails when I just got a fill. The man told me a fill is $50 and a new set is $60 there’s only a $10 difference. He was extremely rude. Now my newly filled nails look like I need to go get a fill done 😑

This place is horrible. I gave them 3 tries. 2 tries was for the same set of nails because my nails kept splitting. My thumb nail split while one of the ladies was doing my fill & she acted like she didn’t see it. I asked her please fix it & she just put a thin layer of acrylic over it causing that layer to also split. I also asked her to take this set of nails off & begin a new full set & she told me no because it was supposed to be her day off & she didn’t want to be there. Then when I went back, the manager sent me to another woman’s station. I asked her please remove & replace the split nails. She told me no because she will just put acrylic over it. I told her that’s what the last woman did & I had to waste time coming back to have them fixed. She said I wouldn’t have to come back. Fast forward to a day later & my nails have split (again) and broken off. Mind you, I originally had ombre nails, & when “fixing” them, they just gave me one color on my thumb, no ombre. So I have mix matched nails that keep splitting. Horrible service & I’ll never go back

Worst quality service I have ever experienced. I am thoroughly disappointed with their attention to detail. My nails broke within 2 days of service as well as my cuticle was bleeding.
My nail tech was extremely rude and refused to listen to my requests.
When I tried to speak with the manager/owner of the place he tried to disregard my concerns and kept saying “it looks fine” when it obviously isn’t.
Strongly recommend going elsewhere other than this place.

I went in to have a fill on my nails (my nails were originally done elsewhere) and have 3 new ones put on because they had popped off. I was assigned to whichever tech was in seat #8. I don’t know her name because she didn’t introduce herself. I was offered water or soda but not alcohol (I’m not sure if she assumed I wasn’t over 21). She didn’t ask what shape I wanted and gave me square and didn’t quote me any prices but the people next to me were told their price before beginning. The nail tech was talking to the other employees the entire time and rushed me out in 30 minutes with nails that were thick, bumpy and some are longer than others and again; I did not get to choose my nail shape and I told her I wanted them shorter and she didn’t shorten them. I was told it’d be $55 after they were done. I’d give 0 stars to this nail tech if I could and I will not be a returning customer.
