My wedding nails turned out so phenomenal! Not only were they better than expected but also these nails lasted through my wedding & honeymoon vacation + 2 weeks after I returned. That’s right 4 weeks and not a single imperfection or problem with my nails. What more could a bride or nail connoisseur ask for? I’ve been going here consistently for over 2 years & I always have a great experience. They pay attention to detail and make sure you leave happy! There online scheduling service is great and convenient as well! It makes it nice to schedule an appointment so you don’t have to wait when you arrive! Kristen did my wedding nails she was great! Denny the manager is happy, friendly and inviting!

Brought my friend in for her first time and I am severely disappointed. We chose the classic pedicure because we wanted something quick/simple. The nail techs did not smile nor welcome us all too well. The one lady doing my friends nails started speaking negatively about her in Vietnamese. Essentially, making us feel worse for choosing the cheaper option and regular polish. We are Vietnamese and understood everything, it was incredibly shocking and uncomfortable to sit through the service.
She repeated her comments several times until her co worker realized we understood and told her to stop. she avoided eye contact with us after that.
This is not a reflection of the whole staff, the ones up front were welcoming/kind as I’m sure other techs are as well. however, talking negatively about your customer while you are doing the service is inexcusable. Thank goodness we actually understood her and brought up the issue.

Came here with some friends to celebrate our birthdays and treated ourselves to the seasonal Cranberry spice pedicure and it was AWESOME. Paraffin wax treatment, brown sugar scrub, essential oils, candle oil massage, foot scrub, hot stone massage, and a delicious Cranberry drink all included! Everything in a high end pedicure and more. It was SUCH a treat

Sad to write this as I loved going to my specific nail tech for the last year but after today’s services with pedicures I will not be returning. Brought a friend in to this location for pedicures and my daughter, when checking out they tried to tell my friend she had to pay for gel when she received regular polish and kept telling us she had gel even though she just had to air dry her toes. Instead of listening to their customers they continued to argue back and forth with us for ten minutes before realizing they made a mistake in switching receipts around and realizing my friend indeed did not have gel. No apology was given to my friend and I am ashamed to have brought her here for her to be told she’s a liar basically and then not even apologize to us. I have spent way too much money at this location for today’s treatment. My tech today was also rude and unfriendly! Jimmy is amazing and was sadly off today but I’d rather find another nail salon.

I stopped coming here because I had a not so great experience getting a full set and pedicure about 2 years ago. Fast forward to now, I was given a very generous gift card and decided that it’s been so long, it can’t possibly be as bad as last time. I was wrong. My services were once again a pedicure and full set. The top coat on my pedicure doesn’t cover all the polish and the polish is obviously stripey. My full set looks awful. The tips point towards the sky, they’re very lumpy and uneven and it felt like I was being rushed out of the seat the whole time. When asked if I liked the shape I chose, I said I wasn’t thrilled with how they looked because the coffin was too thin, and was told I must prefer a thin square. It’s been a week and they’re already lifting off of my nails. My services totaled $108 before tipping both people that I worked with. I’m extremely disappointed that the lovely gift my husband got me was wasted on this experience.
