Customer Reviews:
Here are my last few experiences:
1. Painting over fuzz
2. Unresponsive/unfriendly nail tech who doesn’t answer your questions or ask preferences regarding shape and cuticle
3. Poor manicure quality
4. Who you book isn’t always who you get
5. They used to have an awesome gel topcoat remover, but now they just wrap your fingers in acetone and foil – seems like a downgrade
6. No offering of beverages the last 4 times I was there. The sparkling water mini fridge was actually empty tonight – another downgrade
The most recent visit, I had a poor manicure job. There is a clear delineation between the top coat and the polish. When asked, the nail tech said, “you mean that cuticle line?” I replied, “this one?” And she said, “what I meant is, do you want me to do it over?” Hmm, what about an apology? Yes, she offered to “do it over,” but not really. I also cannot sit here another half hour to have it replaced. I showed her one area, but every finger has the delineation mark. I’m old- I’ve had many manicures, but never a shrinking polymer issue until today.
This place was pretty nice and was my go-to. The techs are a revolving door- a handful are veterans. You don’t always get who you booked with, and therefore the quality is all over the place.
No thanks.
I especially want to thank Lourdes, she did a basic manicure and pedicure with regular polish and it was a great job!
I also had issues with a gift card and transaction and was impressed with how the manager handled the issue and was pleased with the customer centric approach! Thank you!
