The techs take excellent care and listen. My shape after my most recent visit looks excellent and my nail tech paid so much attention to detail. They were longer but I kept bending them and decided to be proactive and take them down a few centimeters.
The IBX treatment I do bi-weekly (and more protein) has saved my natural nails and they have returned to their former glory- which is why I stepped on the door last September (2023). Thank you!

The experience was great however I have never had gel nails last only 7 days. I got these done a week ago and I already have 4 whole nails gone. Not being chipped but they are coming off in whole pieces. Worth $45? Nope. Any other place my nails are lasting 2 weeks or more without being chipped. But this is a little extreme.
Edited Feb 6 2024. I did not go in on Tuesday. I went in on Thursday again. The mail tech did not speak to me at all other than ask if the color I wanted was what I wanted. My nails lasted maybe 7-8 days this time without chipping then they started to come off. Maybe I am someone who just does a lot of stuff and so my nails chip faster? I have had my nails done before not by this place and they lasted maybe 2 weeks.
In my experience, I don’t think it is worth the money for me. I can paint my nails at home with them lasting just as long as they lasted from this company.
Thank you for letting me come back in and see if it could be fixed. I do appreciate the time put in.

Overall, it’s a really cute place. I love that they offer mimosas to enjoy while you get your nails done. They were over 30 minutes late for my reservation. They were really nice about trying to make it right. My manicurist was new, said she had only been doing nails for a few months, and it showed. Hopefully, she gets better at doing nails and having conversations with clients. My pedicure was pretty good. The pedicurist barely made my water warm and didn’t fold the towel over after grating my heels. But she was really personable and did a great job with the massage and painting.

This is the BEST place I have ever gone for my nails. Everyone is welcoming, friendly and very professional. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. No fumes!! And beyond clean. I have never had a bad experience and I have been a regular since they opened. I would highly recommend Paint to everyone!

I was very excited to get my nails done here because I heard wonderful things. My overall experience was fine, my nail tech was incredibly friendly & made great conversation. The environment was wonderful. Everyone was truly so kind. Once she finished I noticed the edges weren’t smooth but I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to seem like an ungrateful customer. When I got to my car to take a closer look at my nails, I noticed that she had not completely removed the gel that was there previously, only a few little spots, probably not noticeable to anyone but me. I also noticed that the polish was not even around my nails. It was choppy around the edges, and some spots on my nails were not as dark as other spots, it looks like the polish wasn’t applied evenly to my entire nail. Then on day 6, my nails started chipping. Because everyone was so kind I will be scheduling another appointment this week to have my nails redone. I really do like this place & would love to make this my regular nail spot.
