I came in and requested clear nails. I got a new girl. Another lady showed her how to do what I asked and she did a nice looking job but days later the nails started lifting and before 2 weeks in, 3 of my nails popped off. When I called to let them know, the girl that answered the phone told me it was MY FAULT. She said they always lift after 2 weeks. I told her it was before 2 weeks when it started lifting and now they are popping off and it hasn’t been 2 weeks yet. She wanted to me to make an appointment for the same girl I had which WHY would I want her again or WHY would I ever come back. That full set cost $65. $65 is too much for something that lasted less than 2 weeks

Clean and professional salon, friendly staff….new sanitized packets of tools used for each clients pedicure, vast collection of nail colors. Snow does a great job on my nails..I get gel polish on natural nails..it holds up well and never chips or peels!

Got a mani pedi yesterday and I have to say the results on my nail fill, shaping and overall look of my nails was outstanding. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

I have been coming to this place for about 3 years. I always request Yen she is very good ! I see below someone wrote a comment about their eye brown being burned and the nails not being done well. I must say every time my eye brows are done the wax is never scolding hot always warm. Also my nails always look great and if there are any issues with my nails and I call to let Yen know she fixes them and never charges me. That is something I love when they stand by that and do not charge you extra to fix a chipped nail. 🙂

Worst Nail Dip EVER!!!! The person who did my nails this morning used the number corresponding to the color I picked but failed to put the base coat on and so the nail color did not match the swatch. I questioned this after I paid and they told me the nail color never matches the swatch!! Really?!?! This was the first time I had nail dip there, I usually drive far out of the city to get my nails done but I always wanted to try there. So sorry I did. I have been having dip done for years and it always matches the swatch. If I could have given ZERO stars I would have. Later on I noticed lumps in my nails!!
