Patronized this shop after reading the reviews. The shop appeared clean and friendly. There was a young lady discussing her dissatisfaction with the completed job and she was instructed to come back tomorrow. Meanwhile my pedi was going great until more customers began coming in then my tech seemed to rush to finish me up. The pedi turned out better than the last place I visited.
The young lady came over to do my fill in and she was pretty sweet but she was also rushing through it. She sped through the buffering and filing, didn’t have me wash my hands prior to the polish nor did she put a base coat on so whereas my nails look fine, they feel grainy rather than smooth. Also after putting some of the powder on two of my nails for the design she returned the powder to the container. Whereas I know these products are expensive, I question how sanitary that was. Overall decent service for $98 I suppose. I posted the pic of the design I wanted minus the matte finish vs what I got.

The man at the counter was very rude. I went to go leave to get the money so I could pay for it but he yelled at me to stay and told me I couldn’t leave even though I was going to come back. Very poor service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The prices are way too high, the employees are rude, they do a horrible job with pedicures, and I’m never going back!

I wanted Andy. Ended up getting some new random guy who then switched out with some other random new guy! Never spoke to me. I got baby nails and they are crooked. Had to ask the guy to redo my thumb nail bc they were all wayyyyy too short. The picture is a week grown out and my nails grow fast so you know how short they were when fresh. Then they charged me $55 I was completely disappointed and will NOT go back here at all!

My daughter had her nails done here a couple of days ago and sadly had an allergic reaction to something that was used on her nails. When we returned to have the acrylics removed, they had absolutely no empathy and charged us for the removal of the nails. There are many other nail salons around that build relationships with their customers. This place certainly isn’t one of them!

Getting my nails done isn’t a regular thing for me, so for my birthday my daughter and I went to P L Nails for a special spa treatment. The chairs were comfortable and clean; all the staff was courteous; and all our fingers and toes are pretty. We enjoyed our visit and will be back (probably for my daughter’s birthday). Thank you!
