I asked to remove my gel nail polish and the lady drilled with an electric file into my real nail – she said it was acrylic despite me saying it’s my real nail. It is so terribly painful, I haven’t been able to sleep and it’s really hard to use my hands because there’s barely any nail left, I am not used to having my nails so thin and damaged like this. I went back and they were nice about it. They gave me my money back and offered me a $10 off a manicure ( which I won’t return for as it’s been traumatic) Just to highlight for nail protector it cost a lot more. And I have seen that there are a lot of people that have experienced the same thing – I really hope that this review just makes them take it more seriously.

Went for a mani and pedi, I was actually very impressed how deep they clean your toes. Beautifully done, took a long time but it was all worth it. Did gel on both nails and toes and I also had a gel removal it all came off totaling $94 dollars. Not expensive imo, the girl really outdid herself!!

Terrible quality of nail polish and application. I waited for 30 minutes for my nail polish to dry and was told I could leave. My nails were ruined within 20 minutes of leaving because of thick coat applied to cover up the old crusty nail polish. I called to complain but could not go back given time constraints. When I went back I had to explain again that the nail polish was bad but the technician was not hearing my reasoning. She applied the same thick coated nail polish again and made me wait another 45 minutes for it to dry but it didn’t dry properly again, as I had told her.
Please do not waste your time and money here.

Re owner’s reply: thank you for affirming the rude behavior I faced today was not imagined. I was not planning on coming back.
I waited 25 minutes on my first visit and checked with your technician if it was okay to leave. I also called to tell you on the day of (Thursday) to tell you the nail polish was too thick and I could not come back till Monday since I was going out of town (the purpose of my visit). The pictures shared are from Thursday.
Lastly, I was not picking on my nails just showing the thickness of the nail polish was preventing it from drying. Same as what happened after I returned home on Thursday (after your technician checked my nails and told me I could leave).
I don’t generally leave reviews and avoid creating an issue but if a customer tells you the nail polish quality is not good and calls you immediately after the manicure you should listen to them instead of arguing and avoiding taking responsibility.

I had the WORST experience of my life at this nail salon. I went to another organic nail salon before going here and they weren’t able to remove my gel polish completely so I called this place, booked and appointment and reached on time within 10 minutes at 5:40 pm. They soaked my nails and the technician started to do another persons manicure. I asked after 20 minutes how long it would take to get started and got no response. Then I asked again after 10 more minutes as my nails were burning with that much acetone and how long they had been soaked for and I was asked to leave if I wanted to while my nails were in acetone and burning. I requested the guy next to me to remove the foil and he said ‘I don’t have time’ and then I decided to remove the foil myself and file off the remaining gel which came out in 2 minutes. My nails had gotten really brittle and there was no time for me to make it to another salon so I decided to wait as I had a night out planned. An hour later from the time I reached, at 6:40 pm, they started with my nails and started filing it into my skin and when I asked them to be careful cause my skin was being bruised, she told me “don’t come back here again”. I spoke in the most calm and composed manner and they were extremely rude and disrespectful. Please don’t ever make the mistake of going here. They’re horrible!

Please take a look at their 3.9 rating and their response below to see how they treat customers and how they speak to them… this is after being patient, not losing my cool and not saying anything rude or inappropriate to them. Am I crazy to leave a tip after being treated like that? The skin around my nails is completely bruised as you can see in the picture. I live in the area and will make sure no one I know comes here again. They’re disrespectful and have no regard for their customers.

I would not recommend. I went here during the summer for a gel fill-in and pedicure. I wanted all white, very simple. They up-charged me for Gel AND UV GEL. $90 just for UV gel. When I got the bill I was really confused. The girls who did my nails were very sweet but the management was very rude and aggressive to me. At the end after they ripped me off, I gave cash tip to the girls who did my nails and one rude lady who I’m assuming was a manager/owner (I’m not sure) – she had the nerve to say to me I tipped too low. I calmly let her know “You don’t tell the customer how much to tip!” By this time I knew I would never return to this place. Even the worker was annoyed at the lady for saying that. Then! After drying my toes for 10+ minutes they still got smudged. I ended up paying over $180 plus tips for a messed up mani/pedi and people being rude to me. Never again! Don’t go here! Two stars only because the girls who actually did my nails were sweet but that’s it!
