This is a great spot when you need a quick and efficient manicure, the workers seem like they don’t really care they just want to get it over with, but i don’t mind because they did my manicure well. The lady i had seemed preoccupied and kept looking around while doing my manicure and kept getting up in the middle of doing it to go do something. Also for all the popularity and appointments they get they certainly need to renovate their location because it is not very inviting and i don’t feel relaxed or comfortable when i go inside. But for the price i understand why. Overall if you don’t mind the busyness and lack of cleanliness and need a cheap and quick manicure this is the place to go

Let’s start by saying that this place is huge which in my opinion is never a great thing when it comes to a nail salon. The guy at the front desk is just completely impersonal. I don’t think he’s ever heard of such a thing as good customer service or uttered a smile. He barely spoke. I don’t know how someone like that can work the front desk. my regular girl was not available so I had to come here and was able to get an appointment the same day which is a plus. The only plus I guess. I paid $33 before tip for gel mani and cuticle work. I don’t think the quality of work matches the price. The workers seem all sad and not even remotely involved. The place has a vibe of a Chinese factory. It’s definitely not the worst mani I ever got but I think the overall atmosphere is just off putting and depressing. One of the techs was sitting at her desk eating a snack and just blank staring into space. Creepy AF. My gel manicure took 30 minutes. She didn’t even ask how to shape my nails. I def will not be back.

Nails went great! I got dip nails and she made them look just like the picture I showed. She took her time shaping the nails and went back several times if she noticed something wrong. Will be back! Joanne is the lady.

Went in for gel manicure and a regular pedicure and the lady had me done within 10 minutes for my pedicure. I’ve never had one done so quickly. Then my nails she went through just as quickly and didn’t even clean up around the cuticles. From start to finish I was in and out within 35 minutes. I went there to get pampered a little and left feeling stressed. I don’t believe I’ll ever come back.

I walked in and got a Spa pedicure immediately. Pearl took me back and listened carefully to exactly what I wanted and did the perfect french pedicure that wasn’t too thick. She took a lot of care to get my feet soft and sandal ready. Highly recommend her!
