Have been here a few times but the past two times I’ve ended up getting infections in 2 of my toes my left big toe and middle toe. I have a feeling they reuse their tools and don’t properly sanitize them. It should be more of a positive place and the fact I had to pay the full amount without any refunds for their dirty supplies is baffling. When you ask them to keep adding more of something or to fix something like the square or coffin shape they make them look more rounded or they don’t have sharp edges. And you ask them to do more they seem annoyed and irritated. They’ve also BURNED my legs with the hot towels and just let it sit without caring. I’ll add pictures on here at a later time I have to scroll to find em and don’t have the time right now.

I am a stay at home mom so I can’t begin to tell you how special this appointment was for me. It’s just simply not in the budget. This was a gift. I went to get a manicure/pedicure. When I sat down for the pedicure and asked for the menu so I could choose in my price point, I chose the 45$ one. The lady said “No, this one” which was a $55 one. I said “not this one?” Pointing to the other and she said no and took away the menu. So here I am thinking maybe they had a Christmas special. That’s my fault. I guess I should have been more persistent. During my pedicure, she cheese grated my pinky toe. It was bleeding and stinging and she kept just wiping off the blood. I looked down and said “you cut my toe” she said “I don’t know”. I said “it hurts”. She grabbed stuff out of her cart(I didn’t know what it was and she didn’t tell me) and dabbed it on my cut repeatedly. Touching my wound with the bottle. It felt like alcohol was being poured into my wound. After research, I have learned it was to stop the bleeding. She then continued on with the pedicure, using all the products, not skipping my open wound. We finish and I go for the manicure and tell the gentleman that the gal had cut me. They said some things and then she acted like she didn’t know. But I had taken a video. Then the boss walked by and overheard and looked at my toe. I said it hurts and showed her the video and asked what was put on my toe and she said “to stop the bleeding”. She took the gal over and spoke with her about it. The gal came over and rubbed my neck for maybe 2 minutes and apologized. While getting my manicure, I look over and the same gal grabs a tool from her cart, clips her nails, and then puts it back. Gross.
The manicure was okay. He didn’t know what he was doing outside of dipping nails. The manicure I picked out included more than that. When he was almost done with my nails, I asked him to fix a few things. He was inconvenienced and said “you want it perfect”. He only made it worse and I didn’t have another hour to ask him to take it all off. I get up to pay and ask the boss lady if I was going to get a discount. She said “oh for the cut toe” I said yes.. it still hurts. She said “$5”. She showed me the receipt. I was being charged $55 for feet and $65 (which was listed as $25, I learned later they charge extra for dip nails- not listed anywhere and didn’t tell me that, I asked around) for hands. I didn’t even get any designs. She took the $5 off. So I wound up paying $125(with $5 tip for each) when I had only planned on paying $90(including $10 tip for each).
Btw- I’m a runner. So to have an open wound on my toe that hurt for several days was incredibly inconvenient.

Excellent service and attention. I requested paraffin for my hands and it is a fabulous ritual that left me completely satisfied and my hands and forearms renewed and the skin super soft. I will always return!!

The man that did my nails with glasses was probably the best person I’ve seen to get them done. He made sure they weren’t chunky and got my inspiration photo exactly how I wanted and knew exactly what color and shape and add ins to do. He also spent so much time perfecting the shape, size, lined up the nail so none were crooked, and didn’t hurt me at any point with the tools like what usually happens. No flaws, no complaints, just appreciation for how good this guy had my nails. Also he let me have down time and got straight to work and only time we had conversation is if I started it or he asked to check my inspiration photo again, great people also and service but this dude was killing it lmao.

My nails actually looked better before I went in there. I explained that my cuticles feel dry but are also very sensitive. She made 4 of my fingers bleed. We couldn’t do polish because they hurt too bad. I definitely won’t be back!
