There is a sign immediately when walking in that says walk in nail services available. After 5 minutes when I was greeted, I was immediately condescended to. I told her the kind of nails I had and she doubted me. She had a superior attitude and when I said “I’m pretty sure you have a sign that says walk in services available” she said “yeah, well no there is no sign”. I was clear when I left the building to read the sign out loud to her. All she had to say was “I’m sorry we are appointment only but we would be happy to set one up for you”. Ugly personality that diminishes any possibility of ever getting services done at this location. Customer service skills go a long way in getting referrals.

The place is small, cute and warm. So relaxing & very open communicating about pricing & expectations. Will be back, always

The service was good for it being my first time getting my nails done. My nails didn’t look like the picture at all and they started popping off within a week and a half. They were supposed to stay on for at least 3 weeks. It didn’t feel like a very welcoming environment either

Very nice gel pedicure from Michelle. Very happy with how my toes look. She didn’t rush and took her time, and was also very pleasant to talk too. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a place to get my first ever acrylic set and I thought why not try the little salon I drive by every day? I’m SO glad I did!! The salon is bright, clean, and inviting. They have a million polish color choices and a bunch of different services. All the staff are friendly, which really makes a difference when your first acrylics ever take a bit of time to put on! One huge plus is that they’re willing to work with you when it comes to scheduling appointments, great for busy schedules. If you don’t come here you’re missing out on something special!
