Every time I come here the nail technicians do my nails PERFECTLY. I don’t have one tech that I go to, so I get a different one each time, but regardless I get fantastic service and wonderful nails by the time I leave. The ladies are very kind, and always ask if I am satisfied with each step of the process to ensure I leave happy. I’ve never had a bad experience here- they really take care of you!

Gel manicure runs about $45 which is great considering all the extras they throw in. Hand wax, massage, etc. The entire service took about 45ish minutes. Additionally there are SO many colors to choose from- great selection!

I am always impressed by the beautiful colors and styles when I come here to get my nails done. I always do the dip powder which lasts me over a month before starting to come up. I usually come as a walk in and have never had issues getting seated quickly. Highly recommend this location or any of their other locations in the area.

The salon was accommodating with scheduling, but I was not happy with the service / experience itself. The miscommunication on the scheduling the appointment led to an unwanted service, and the technician’s technique was uncomfortable and potentially unhygienic. Additionally, I was not happy with the lack of attention to detail.

Pros:
– Accommodating schedule, able to fit me in last minute on a Saturday evening.
– Technician stayed late to finish my nails.

Cons:
– Miscommunication scheduling error – I booked an appointment for a hard acrylic FULL set (they booked me for a acrylic fill)
– Pressure to choose a different service (dip powder) despite my request for hard acrylic.
– Painful experience: over-drilling of nails, causing discomfort (I even told the lady). Technician didn’t soak off previous gel X properly, causing discomfort.
– Hygiene concerns: No visible sterilization of tools / no blue sterilization wrap noticed
– Lack of attention to detail: Cuticles not cut, seated separately from partner despite being together. Nail was not drilled evenly either.
– Didn’t sit me next to my boyfriend, unlike other salons I’ve been to.

Overall:

While I appreciate the flexibility and the technician staying late, my experience was disappointing due to miscommunication, unwanted service pressure, rushed service leading to discomfort, and concerns about hygiene. Additionally, small details like not cutting my cuticles and sitting apart from my partner detracted from the experience.

I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience. There are other salons that can provide better service and attention to detail.

I absolutely hate writing bad reviews, but I feel so unheard in this store. I came here 3 weeks ago as a surprise from my hubs. The amount of pressure put on to get powder dip is obnoxious. I told the woman I get my nails done every two-three weeks regularly she still pushes for the dip. I go with it. Didn’t shape my nails the shape I requested, but the shape she thought was the better shape. I had to come back to get two nails repaired in that time. One my fault cause I’m rough behind the bar sometimes. And the other came off the next day as I was running my fingers through my hair. Now I’m back today only to find out three weeks later only to find out the dip gets removed everytime for a new set. I specifically told her every 2-3 weeks why would I get the dip if you can’t refill? She never explained that. Add insult to injury I paid the same lady to remove my nails. And now have no nails on cause it would be another hr to get gel on and everything 🤦‍♀️. I HATED not tipping! I tip everyone, but she literally wouldn’t listen to any of my requests. I was trying so hard to give chance and chance and repeatedly said what I wanted with zero understanding. She clipped my nails under the tip too for what? I didn’t ask for a cutdown. Again not listening to my requests. The amount of I’m so annoyed is unreal I promise I won’t be back.

I had a terrible experience at this establishment. I visited at 4 pm, seeking a nail extension service, but the outcome was disastrous. My nails ended up damaged, with cuticle skin left visibly red and feeling painful, as if it had been carelessly cut or aggressively pushed to its limits.
Despite the unsatisfactory result, I still paid for the service as they took me out the place. right after, I had to ask them to remove the extensions, as my hands were left in this sorry state. I strongly advise against choosing this place. The lack of customer support, especially considering the challenges I faced, is reason enough to avoid it altogether
