Was burned multiple times during an eyebrow wax. Cuts on both my eyelids and in the middle of my eyebrows. It stings so very badly, I’m going to have to buy some aloe vera. Be very careful to get your eyebrows waxed here.

I love going to this places , but not anymore .that person that did my nails , was charging me everything, also I would tell her something , she would do something different . Worst experience ever . I left with my nail not done , cause I was so tired of having to explain myself.

We stopped in today on a whim for my daughter’s birthday. Our party of 5 were immediately made to feel welcome. My husband ,daughter and I had the Pearl pedicure. My granddaughter, 7, was treated like a princess. Her pedi (in a kids size chair!) even included a snack bag and drink. My mom, who didn’t want a pedi, was catered to and made very comfortable while she waited. All in all we received amazing service and will definitely be returning.

I wish I had seen these not so good reviews before I wasted my time and $$$. Lucy has been doing my nails for a couple of months but it seemed each time I request something be done to my nails Lucy got an attitude and would begin to speak her language with others. Clearly Lucy was annoyed and talking bad about me. If a customer can’t even request to get the polish on the tips without an attitude that’s a problem! And she still didn’t put color on the tips. On each hand the nails are a different length, she never puts the nails side by side to compare. It seems I’m not asking much, I mean it’s your job Lucy. Hopefully in the future you will treat other customers with respect and be able to handle a simple request. I would definitely NOT recommend this place. They never posts the prices either, be careful what you’re charged!

The worst!!! Went in for a pedicure. Asked for the cheapest package and he woman would not take NO for an answer! Said that removal of nail polish not included in the cheapest package. I told her we’ll just add for removal but she kept telling me but you get more with other package. I was so upset that she was putting me on the spot in front of everyone in the salon. I finally told her do whatever!!! I don’t like a lot of scrubbing on my feet and didn’t even let her do all the extras, I just left but not until she charged me $60!!!!! Then she looks disappointed because I didn’t tip her! Please girl you should be glad I didn’t stop payment on this transaction!!! WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!
