I visited this nail salon multiple times, but unfortunately, the service was consistently disappointing. During my last visit, I had scheduled an appointment for 5pm and received a confirmation text for 5:30pm, causing confusion. When I arrived at 5:30pm as per the text, they called me at 5:15pm asking about my whereabouts. Despite showing them the confirmation text, they seemed unsure of the issue. To make matters worse, my appointment with Jack, which was confirmed, was given away because they claimed I was late. I reluctantly agreed to have someone else do my nails, emphasizing my previous dissatisfaction when this happened before. Regrettably, the technician filed my natural nails down to the skin. After a heated discussion with both the Managers and the technician, they suggested adding acrylic to fix the damage caused but I did not agree. My nails cracked within days due to how thin they were filed. When I contacted the salon, they insisted on charging me extra for acrylic or hard gel to rectify the situation they had created. Overall, they did not take responsibility for their scheduling error, ruined my nails, and expected me to pay for their mistake. I am deeply disappointed with their service and will not be returning, nor recommending this salon to anyone.

This is my second time going to Organic Nails & Spa! They are very professional and accommodating. They helped me find the perfect color for my French Pedicure and didn’t get upset with me when they had to change the color a few times! A gentleman there free hands designs and he did a wonderful job along with the young lady who did my pedicure. Fairly priced and make sure you tip accordingly!!! I will be back soon. Thank you!

I absolutely love this nail salon! From January 2023 to now I have been coming here…the moment I walked in I was impressed by how clean and welcoming it felt. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. What I appreciate most is their dedication to understanding exactly what I want. I often bring in ideas from Pinterest, and they always do their personal best to match the designs and colors I’ve found.
Their attention to detail is on point whether it’s a simple manicure or a more intricate nail art, they execute it flawlessly. I’ve never been disappointed with the results. The salon itself is immaculate, which is a big plus for me. It’s clear that they prioritize cleanliness and hygiene, which is so important.
Overall, I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for a place that combines top notch service with a friendly atmosphere. They consistently exceed my expectations, and I always leave feeling pampered and with nails that look amazing!

Amy is the best! She makes me feel so good every time and does an amazing job no matter how big or small the task is! Here is my nails vs the nails I asked for! She did even better than I could have dreamed!

Love love love this place! Has been my spot since July 2024 Zac is my guy loved my nails since the first time and have been loving them since! The atmosphere is great. The ambiance is awesome. Always clean. soo good! All the employees are very nice and friendly. I’ll go to anyone for a pedicure. They’re all good from my experience. Zack is definitely my favorite for Nails. He does exactly what I ask. I have also Had Alex do my nails a couple times when Zack is off and he’s also good. Would deff recommend coming here you won’t be disappointed.
