Update: I did not leave happy I left respectfully. I paid and did my part as a customer to support. And yes, you did what you wanted to do and what you thought looked good HOWEVER that was not what I asked for. I agreed to the length you suggested which was supposedly 3-4 inches, but you kept cutting it shorter where I now have less than half of my hair left.

They’re kind but do not respect the customers wishes. I had hair to my low back and wanted a trim of 2 inches so I could get a Korean digital perm which I had told her but she kept saying it was not enough to cut off and she would recommend a little more. So I agreed to 3-4 inches. She cut my hair to 1 inch below my collarbone basically gave me a bob. I can no longer get a perm which I had already expressed I wanted. The bangs stick out with no way of styling it because she used a shaving tool instead of scissors to cut them. Another person who reviewed shows the exact same bangs.

I am absolutely disgusted with the way I look. Do not let them hurt you they way they hurt me. I spent a long time growing my hair. She can take my money but she needs to stop doing what she wants and respect what the customer wants. I clearly said I wanted a few inches off and she cut a reference point that kept getting shorter throughout the cut.

I have been coming to Orenco Barber and Beauty for a few years now. They have consistently done a great job on my haircut. I’ve moved over 30 minutes away from this Barber shop, but I still make the drive out get my haircut done. I have always gotten my hair cut by Phan, I highly recommend her. On a few occasions I have also come in unannounced without an appointment, and she has managed to fit me within her schedule. She is also a very nice lady, we always talk about Vietnam and places to visit there, which makes it a nice and relaxing vibe.

Absolutely the worst Barbershop experience I have ever endured. I wouldn’t even give this a single star if I could. The barber, if you want to call her that, had the audacity to completely ignore my haircut preference. I specifically told her what I wanted, but she clearly had her own agenda. She started chopping away without a care in the world, not even bothering to listen when I said she was cutting it too short.

When I dared to point out that she wasn’t following my instructions, she abruptly stopped cutting and declared, “I’m done cutting your hair”. MIDWAY.

I don’t understand how anyone could be that rude. The arrogance and disrespect I encountered are beyond belief. I paid full price for a haircut I didn’t even receive completely lol. Save yourself the misery and avoid this place like the plague. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy!

I have been going to Orenco Barber and Beauty for hair cut for the past many years. The quality of hair cut and attitude was great before. However I noticed this has changed in the last couple of my visits. Maybe they had a bad day those times, but it was rude and I am considering to switch to another hair salon.

Not at all what I expected. Poor haircut. Visited this place last week seeing the good ratings here(though many recent reviews align with my bad personal experience as well). The lady was super arrogant and rushed my hair cut without seeking any feedback during the process. Ended up cutting my hair much shorter than I had asked her to. She only kept talking about how busy she is and how everyone wants a haircut from her. Never going back again!
