Really hate to leave a bad review but think the people should know — I had been growing out my nails for weeks— excited to get them professionally done. Came here and had my nails filed excessively, raw to the skin — which is now super painful. I asked them to keep them long but alas. Other than that it was a good manicure, but really bummed that I spent so much money and time here.

I am rating this place a 2 since i have come before and have had pleasant experiences, however, this last experience was the main cure from hell. To start the manicure lasted 2.5 hrs. The lady filed my nail bed down so thin I thought she was going to leave a hole in the middle of the nail. I told the lady at least 5 times she was hurting me…not once did she adjust the way she was filing, extremely fast, hard and carelessly. I then bled 3 different times…I understand if a nail technician makes 1 mistake but 3… After filing, she must have put 50 coats of dip on the nail which it was impossible to take off. The owner/no other nail technician said anything after i bled several times I finally went to a different nail salon to take off the nails it took 30 min to soak off because of how thick the dip was. Once the dip was finally off 4 of my nails were completely cracked through the middle!!!!! I am NEVER going back to this place.

Have been consistently going here and am never disappointed. My SNS manicure lasts longer than any other nail salon I’ve ever tried.
