Walked in for a pedicure on a Saturday and only waited about 10 minutes. I chose the $40 basic level pedicure, it is accurately described. Worst part was he didn’t open the pedicure tools from a sanitized package, maybe they don’t use them or maybe he pre-opened them? Not happy about that part. He didn’t clean under my toe nails at all, even when I mentioned it. The massage was ok but maybe three minutes. I have been before and it was a completely different experience, so I’m not sure why today was different.

My last visit there was very unpleasant. I went in for a expensive pedicure and manicure. The individual that did my pedicure rush through the entire process and appear to be complaining to his co workers the entire time. No clue why, I had had a long day at work and was there to relax. But it was not a relaxing experience. The woman that did my manicure did a awful job. I had to correct her a few times as the gel adhered to my skin and it was painful. She attempted to fix it , but was upset and after six days it all peeled off. They were incredibly overstaffed and I don’t know why they were so rude to me. This is clearly not a good fit for someone that just wants to sit back and UNWIND. There are so many other places out here….
