I had a dip polish and the Diamond Pedicure. I told the gentleman at the reception desk I wanted the dip manicure, but I believe something was lost in translation between me, him and the technician he had do my nails, because I did not receive a manicure, just the dip polish. There were two technicians who worked with me – one for the nails and one for the pedicure. I have no complaints about the pedicure other than the water, towels, wax and stones being too hot to start, so things needed time to cool down, and that some of the oil used to massage the front and back of my lower legs got on my brand new jeans right. I noticed it when I rolled them down, but at the time I assumed it was just water, but it’s definitely oil. Where I wasn’t as happy was with the manicure. It seemed rushed and it was done at the same time as my pedicure. Instead of the nail technician working on each hand on its respective side, the technician worked completely on my left side, so I had to reach my right hand across to her which was awkward and uncomfortable. I would have preferred her to do my nails after my pedicure was complete so I could have fully enjoyed both services individually. There was also some gunk made up of the topcoat and the powder up under and around my nails, and overall they look uneven and bumpy. There was a lot going on while I was there. It was someone’s birthday being celebrated and I feel that there was a lot of attention being paid to that and the conversations between the techs than there was attention being paid to the job. Overall, I probably won’t recommend going here, nor will I return. I paid $125 total for both services and then tipped each technician %20 for the service they provided (because I am not a jerk), so in total I paid $150.

Elyssa is not only friendly and professional but she is very talented. My daughter also goes to Elyssa for her fills. I look forward to seeing her every other week for my nail service and she gives the best pedicures as well.

I’ve been going to Elyssa for gel builder manicures and my nails have never looked better! After trying gel builder I don’t think I can ever go back to acrylics. My nails have grown so nice and healthy and Elyssa is so awesome- she always does a great job with creative nail designs 😊

Walked in and was immediately seated with Jen. She did a great job with my nails. Lyssa did the nail art. They were both very nice and did exactly what was in my reference picture. ❤️ The environment of the salon was pleasant. Everyone I interacted with was friendly.

Always a great experience, Kevin is terrific help at the front desk, and Holliday gives the best pedicures, Cindy also deserves a shout out for all-around best! I’ve tried elsewhere and always come back for the best in town at Ooh LaLa!
