By far the worst place I’ve ever been to! They charge $60 to make my daughter and me an appointment. (Red flag #1) The nail tech started removing my daughter’s nails by ripping them off, instead of soaking them off. (Red flag #2) The owner sat down and said have you talked money with them before starting? He said no…(Red flag #3) Then she proceeded to tell me it’s $48 a piece to remove nails, plus an additional $150 for a new set if you want a solid color. My daughter wanted a French tip set and that was going to be an additional $248. We decided to kindly decline service. The manager then charged me $48 for ripping off 7 of my daughter’s nails that damaged her nails and an additional $60 because we didn’t continue with our full sets. 🤯 I used to think this place was above the rest for customer service and quality. Unfortunately, that’s sadly not the experience I had. I highly recommend VIP Nails if you’re looking for quality and great customer service.

I have been going to omg nails for 8+ years and highly recommend Crystal and any of her staff for nails in Anchorage, Alaska. Omg Nails has the best nail designs, manicures and pedicures Anchorage. Their staff is always kind, efficient and professional. This is the cleanest and nicest nail salon in town hands down. I highly recommend Crystal and her staff for anyone looking for a luxury experience. The salon itself and beautiful and her the treatment at their beautiful salon is one of a kind.

Came here on Friday with my daughter and I’m 100% satisfied with the pedicure I received, definitely was worth it. My daughter was also completely satisfied with her manicure and pedicure she received and everything always has to be just right with her.
Sorry I can’t say the same for my full set, first my thumb was burning from the heat I was told to place my nails under (they should stop using that method) and second I didn’t get the shape I asked for but it’s not terrible either. After finishing I could tell these nails wasn’t going to last two weeks like my nails usually do but I gave them the benefit of the doubt 🤦🏻♀️ it’s Monday and it look like I already need a refill and the nails are weak as if I brought them from the drug store. I’m no nail tech but I’ve gotten my nails done long enough to know these ain’t it and isn’t worth the money.

OMG always does me right! I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years now. Their prices are reasonable. The staff is always polite and friendly. Crystal and Troy are my go tos when it comes to my nails. I always leave loving my nails. Note: they’re quick and efficient. I personally love this because I don’t want to sit around for an hour. Def deserve 5 stars! Highly recommend!

My daughter has been going to them for a while. She finally got me to get my nails done there. I’m hooked. Friendly, artistic, FAST working individuals like Crystal & Troy get my nails looking beautiful! And the pedicures are heavenly. Its a must for my self-care routine.
