Went to Ombre Nails for an appointment today because I had a gift card. I’m always skeptical about trying new nail places and was worried I wouldn’t be able to get the design I wanted. The nail tech was very nice and did an amazing job. She was thorough and made sure ever nail was perfect. I’m in love with them! Thank you Ombre Nails 😊

If you’re still getting acrylics, you need to get with the times. It’s all about gel x nails! They look more natural, they’re strong, don’t damage my nails like acrylics, and Tammy was amazing!! I’m no hand model, but how cute are these nails? I’m obsessed with gel x. 😊 I live in Lodi, Ca and refuse to go anywhere else.

I came here after getting a massage next door and wanted to keep the self-care going, was short on time so could not go to my usual spot, and thought I would try Ombre out since it is pretty difficult to mess up something simple like dip powder. Well, so I thought. This place proved me wrong. My nail tech was a doll but unfortunately, my dip powder nails took too long (an hour when my usual spot takes about 30 minutes), were too expensive ($50 is overpriced for dip powder on natural nails), and are already chipping after just 2 days. I didn’t even know that dip powder could chip, but their products here are likely low quality. Such a disappointment.
Edit: came back to update that the dip powder has completely separated and fallen off of 2 nails in less than 1 week. Absolute poor quality.
To the other reviewer who is having a hard time finding a quality technician in Folsom: I had the same problem until I started going to Palazoo nails at the Palladio. I always book with Lisa. They use quality products and I’ve never had a bad job done from her in the 2 years I’ve been going to her. I cannot recommend her enough!

I wanted to try someplace new with my grandmother for mother’s day & this place looked nice & clean on line. And it was. I loved everything about the experience, except the price. For 2 mother’s day pedicures & a new gel x/builder gel set with artwork came to $300! And after the minimum tip they ask for (20%), my total was $366. Now it was the nicest, most pleasant pedicure I’ve had….however, for that price, everything should’ve been made out of gold! Oh & conveniently there are no prices anywhere so when you’re choosing, if you assume the prices are standard like elsewhere, you will be shockingly wrong.
