I am typically very nervous about trying new nail salons as most of the new ones I try I leave disappointed but from the moment I walked in I had amazing service. Kasia did my nails and she did exactly what I asked for. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! It was very clean and they have a wonderful staff!! I will definitely be making this my new nail salon!!!

Mr. Long and Leon are the best. They always make my experience great. Since Leon has arrived he does both my nails and my pedicures and is very good with timing, I’m always a satisfied customer when leaving their salon. If you’re in the Ballantyne area I suggest you make a stop here if in need of pampered care.

Absolutely loved my nails with Leo !! Only took 1 hour. The atmosphere is inviting, luxe, and super clean. I have zero complaints ! They offer complimentary drinks too. This will be my go to place and the prices are amazing too.

Paid for a 45 min pedicure and I was in and out within 30 mins. I was the last one in there and the people are still here that was in here before me. All of them. Not one person has left. SMH. On top of paying $75 for gel nails he didn’t even put a top coat on. For that kind of money there should be no flaws on my toenails at all. Both of my feet look completely different. He didn’t even bother to shape my toenails. I’m still outside this is the same day. And no I don’t want to go back in because I have somewhere to

My overall rating is a 3. However my last experience should be listed as a 1 star. Services requested: gel manicure and pedicure. To keep it short worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I’ve never had someone not lotion my toes. My toes were literally ashy when I was leaving and had to ask for oil. My gel polish wasn’t good either . I keep my nails as a short length, has never been a problem anywhere else. My nails had bubbles and chipped after 2 days. I went in to get it fixed and instead of taking ownership of this poor quality work he tired to blame it on my nail length. He attempted to “fix” they still look a mess. Needless to say I’ll never be back. I hope this feedback will help improve services for further clients. Also I’m pretty sure I was talked about in another language. Not a great feeling.
