I came here because I heard about Russian manicures and wanted to see what it was about. I was not disappointed!! My cuticles are so clean and the nail extensions are the best I’ve had. There was a clear emphasis on quality and attention to detail that I haven’t really experienced elsewhere. Also the place was clean, good vibes, and they offered coffee/tea/water etc. Would definitely recommend!

Disappointed….
I booked an express manicure last minute on Friday since this place was really close to me. My appointment was moved to Saturday even though my booking was confirmed online. This was fine since I decided last minute.

The sad part is I ended up with a manicure that chipped and cracked within one day. The polished was applied too thick and uneven (no apex like typical Russian manicures). The cuticle job was decent, though I did got a small cut (this has happened before though it goes to show that the manicurist was not very experienced). I called the salon the next day (Sunday) and no one picked up.

I’ve gotten many russian and japanese manicures in salons across LA over the last few years, and have never experienced issues like this. I hope others have better experience here than I did.

Excellent customer service, and high quality work. The owner is extremely personable and friendly plus the nail techs are very skilled at what they do, specifically Russian technique. Probably one of the cleanest mani/pedi gels I’ve ever gotten. I’ll be back for sure.

This is a very welcoming environment and the nail techs do an excellent job. They listen to what you want, make any adjustments if needed, and take the time to ensure every nail looks perfect. I would highly recommend this salon.

Excellent service, professional approach and beautiful results. You get nice vibes feeling special like in European salons. Manager offers coffee/tea. It’s so nice and relaxing to be there.

Zhanna did a good job on my nails. Satisfied, will definitely be back.
I do not remember who did my pedicure, but again, great job done there too.
